Do Sebastian and O!Ciel still know each other in your au? Do they have a relationship at all or is it similar to Grelle and O!Ciel's dislike for each other in canon? Lovin' your au so far!!

Sebastian and Ciel HAVE met and interacted with eachother in this au! Though all interactions they had so far is when Sebastian is disguised as Lau's butler, (Think of when canon Sebastian disguised himself as Jeremy Rathbone in the book of murder, except he is still being called by "Sebastian" here). So they semi-know eachother, Ciel only knows "lau's butler Sebastian" though.
